Account Payable Specialist – Finance Team

About the role

We are seeking an Account Payable professional to join our Finance team within a leading international beauty and fragrance group. The role will manage the full purchase‑to‑pay cycle, ensuring accurate recording and posting of supplier invoices.

Key responsibilities

• Control and verify invoices, bills and bookkeeping documents before posting.
• Manage vendor invoices (services, stock, assets) and post them in compliance with accounting, VAT, corporate tax and personnel tax regulations.
• Maintain the Electronic Invoice Dashboard for invoices from Italian suppliers.
• Support Finance & Accounting with payment proposals and execution for procurement invoices.
• Assist the Finance & Accounting team with vendor reporting and INTRA declarations.

Required profile

• High school diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an international group environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, multinational setting.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude with capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
