Accountant – Fixed Assets & Lease Management

About the role

The Accountant will oversee the administrative, accounting, and contractual management of the company's assets. This includes handling fixed‑asset accounting, supplier and tenant relationships, banking interactions, and lease agreements to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the finance/accounting system in collaboration with the Head of Finance and Centre Manager.
• Process incoming and outgoing invoices, prepare payment proposals, and support yearly charge reconciliation.
• Prepare management and financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Handle rental invoicing, turnover rent calculations, and lease‑related documentation.
• Coordinate with external auditors and monitor tenants’ payments, bad debts, and bank guarantees.
• Identify operational efficiency opportunities to reduce costs.

Required profile

• Relevant education and experience in accounting, finance, or controlling.
• Strong financial and logistical awareness with solid data‑analysis capabilities.
• Proactive attitude, high sense of responsibility, and ability to work well in a team.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Experience with accounting system software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

What we offer

• Permanent contract.
• Annual gross salary between €45,000 and €50,000.
• Performance‑based bonus up to 15% of the annual salary.
