Accountant (Multi-Entity Finance)

About the role

Bending Spoons is looking for an accountant to join its fast‑moving finance team. You will work at the core of a multi‑entity business, handling month‑end close, financial reporting, and integration of newly acquired companies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and own financial statements under US GAAP, aligning with IFRS where required.
• Exercise judgment on revenue recognition, consolidation, and intercompany flows.
• Support integration of acquired businesses, aligning accounting treatments and reporting structures.
• Design and reinforce internal controls to protect financial record quality.
• Assist internal and external auditors with documentation and explanations.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
