Accountant – Multi-entity Finance

About the role

We are looking for an Accountant to join Bending Spoons’ fast‑moving finance team. You will be at the core of a multi‑entity business, closing books across jurisdictions, ensuring robust reconciliations and supporting rapid growth through acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and own financial statements under US GAAP, aligning with IFRS where required.
• Exercise judgment on revenue recognition, consolidation and inter‑company flows.
• Support integration of newly acquired businesses, aligning accounting treatments and closing processes.
• Design and reinforce internal controls to protect financial record quality.
• Assist internal and external audits with thorough documentation and explanations.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
