Accountant – Multi-entity Finance Operations

About the role

We are looking for an accountant to work at the core of a fast‑moving, multi‑entity business. You will close books across jurisdictions, ensure robust reconciliations, and help build a finance function that scales with constant change.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and own financial statements under US GAAP, aligning with IFRS where required.
• Exercise judgment on revenue recognition, consolidation, and intercompany flows across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support integration of newly acquired businesses, aligning accounting treatments and closing processes.
• Design and reinforce internal controls, and support internal and external audits with thorough documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to streamline accounting workflows.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and high standards for accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, multi‑entity environment with frequent acquisitions.
• Proactive mindset to eliminate manual work where possible.
• Comfort with evolving reporting frameworks and complex intercompany structures.

Required skills

• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Experience with revenue recognition, consolidation, and intercompany accounting.
• Familiarity with internal control design and audit support.
• Ability to use automation tools to improve accounting processes.
