Accounting & Administration Specialist

About the role

Hiro Robotics is seeking a motivated Accounting & Administration Specialist to manage the day‑to‑day financial and administrative processes of a fast‑growing robotics startup. You will work closely with the CEO and external accountants to ensure accurate bookkeeping, timely payments, and full compliance with tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger and process all accounting entries.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice validation and payment execution.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare periodic financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support tax filing and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate with external accountants and tax advisors as needed.
