Accounting PTP Governance and Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting PTP Governance and Operations Specialist to manage the Procure‑to‑Pay (PTP) accounting process across multiple European countries. The role acts as a liaison between CNH Industrial functions and the outsourced PTP back‑office, ensuring consistent application of procedures and supporting business and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage continuous operational interaction with the outsourced PTP back‑office on local issues, providing guidance and ensuring a consistent approach across locations.
• Ensure uniformity of PTP activities among European countries by applying common procedures, metrics and instructions.
• Represent the Accounting function in cross‑functional tables or projects focused on the PTP process.
• Perform or coordinate urgent bookings in SAP, including invoice posting and payment issuance.
• Handle requests and interactions from local suppliers and support CNH actors (plants, depots, finance, HR, marketing, purchasing) in the PTP process.
• Assist business and finance personnel in resolving discrepancies that affect correct supplier invoice booking.
• Provide structured feedback and operational evidence to the Governance & Analytics Team.
