Admin Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organized Admin Coordinator to join our logistics team near Mestre. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will oversee daily administrative activities, coordinate with customers and warehouse staff, and ensure timely fulfillment of operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and extraordinary activities between customers and the warehouse supervisor.
• Verify task completion against assigned deadlines.
• Extract data from management systems, analyse KPIs and share results internally and with customers.
• Prepare monthly data extracts, reconcile with customers, and support reporting and invoicing processes.
• Present monthly P&L results to the Site Manager.
• Manage internal and external audits and drive infrastructure improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong experience in a similar administrative role within a logistics company.
• Excellent analytical abilities and capacity to meet deadlines.
• Team‑player with the ability to motivate and manage a small team.
• Customer‑oriented attitude and strong relationship‑building skills.
• Good organizational and planning capabilities.
• Proficiency in English.
