Administration, Finance and Control Leader

About the role

The Administration, Finance and Control Leader is responsible for overseeing all accounting, administrative, financial and control processes across a portfolio of subsidiaries. The role ensures statutory closing, data consolidation, compliance and provides analytical insight to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and consolidation of administration/financial statements for multiple subsidiaries, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, prepare forecasts, conduct variance analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a robust internal control environment and ensure adherence to local financial regulations.
• Manage reconciliation procedures and relationships with external audit firms, tax advisors and regulatory bodies.
• Analyze financial results, investigate deviations from forecasts and recommend corrective measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering & Management or related field; Master’s degree or CPA/CFA preferred.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Administration, Finance and Control functions, preferably within the services industry.
• In‑depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, laws and best practices.
• Proven experience in managing accounting and financial consolidations.
• Willingness to travel to subsidiary locations and fluency in English.

• Strong command of MS Office suite.
