After Sales Internship – South Europe (Maranello)

About the role

Join Ferrari's South Europe After Sales team in Maranello as an intern and support the delivery of high‑quality service to our exclusive clientele. You will work closely with After Sales Managers, gaining exposure to KPI monitoring, dealer network support, and performance forecasting across Italy and Southern Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain reports that track After‑Sales KPIs and contribute to projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
• Monitor vehicle repair times, update incident databases, and assist dealers with after‑sales queries.
• Support network forecasting activities to identify under‑performing dealerships in Italy and other Southern European markets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely communication.

Required profile

• Recent Master graduate or final‑year Master student in Business, Economics, Management Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Passion for automotive and luxury sectors, with prior internship or project experience.
• Analytical mindset, target‑oriented, and structured thinking.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and within a team.
• Fluent English and attention to detail.
