Aftersales Quality Components Coordinator

About the role

The Components Coordinator (Aftersales Quality) supports Stellantis’ commitment to customer satisfaction by managing qualitative feedback from markets and ensuring timely, effective solutions to vehicle issues. You will act as the primary liaison between markets and technical departments, driving quality improvements and warranty cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for markets, collecting and analysing Customer Incident Reports.
• Monitor feedback, ensure issues are addressed by relevant technical teams, and follow up until resolution.
• Coordinate implementation of robust after‑sales solutions to resolve field vehicle concerns.
• Support vehicle‑quality improvement initiatives and contribute to warranty cost control.
• Track progress of technical topics, communicate updates via internal systems or meetings.
• Collaborate closely with Stellantis Technical Assistance teams.
• Assess the technical completeness of incident reports and ensure sufficient detail for investigations.
• Escalate critical issues to the Control Tower through quality‑gate meetings.
• Draft Technical Service Bulletins once corrective actions are validated by Engineering.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Experience in technical aftersales, quality, or engineering roles.
• Broad knowledge of automotive products and systems.
• Strong analytical, writing and verbal communication abilities.
• Customer‑focused with cost awareness.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
• Effective teaching and collaborative communication style.
• Self‑driven with good time‑management and prioritisation.
