AI Data Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Data Engineer to join Sofidel’s Corporate Data Platform team. You will design, build and maintain data integration pipelines that connect business and manufacturing systems, ensuring reliable, secure and efficient data flow for analytics and AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to collect and process data from ERP, factory systems, files, APIs and other sources.
• Integrate data into data models supporting reporting, analytics and AI initiatives.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency and availability across the corporate data ecosystem.
• Monitor data workflows, troubleshoot performance issues and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Support the optimization and maintenance of the Company’s Data Platform and services for the Agent Platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors and Data/AI specialists.
• Implement data governance, security and best‑practice standards.
• Document technical designs, development standards and operational procedures.
• Contribute to the scalability and evolution of the data architecture.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science or related STEM field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data engineering or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
