Air Export Operator – International Shipments

About the role

As an Air Export Operator you will manage and coordinate international air export shipments from CEVA Logistics’ Bologna branch, ensuring timely and compliant execution. You will support operational excellence, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement within a dynamic, hybrid‑working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and verify order and shipment information, plan routing and optimise transport execution.
• Prepare and manage export documentation such as invoices, packing lists and transport documents, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Monitor shipments, update the transport management system and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Validate documentation and handle internal and external invoicing, sending invoices to customers.
• Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to management to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve operational issues and ensure adherence to safety and legal procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar logistics or transportation role.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and related documentation.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
