App Developer – Mobile Applications

About the role

We are looking for a motivated App Developer to join Gunnebo Safe Storage’s digital team. The role focuses on designing, building and maintaining high‑quality mobile applications that support our connected solutions and improve user experience. You will work in a hybrid setting across Europe, collaborating with product owners, UX/UI designers and cloud teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript.
• Translate business and functional requirements into clean, efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and debugging across development, test and production environments.
• Ensure applications meet security, performance and data‑protection standards.
• Collaborate with cloud platform and firmware teams to deliver end‑to‑end integrated solutions.
• Support deployment, maintenance and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, APIs and data integration.
• Experience working in a professional software development environment.
