Architect (5+ years experience)

About the role

Peia Associati is seeking a qualified Architect to join its team and contribute to the development of ongoing projects. The successful candidate will bring at least five years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed design solutions.
• Prepare execution drawings and construction documentation.
• Manage projects through all phases, from initial design to completion.
• Coordinate administrative procedures and obtain necessary permits (landscape, building, etc.).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum five years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proven ability to handle permitting processes within Italy.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant work (mandatory).
