Area Manager

About the role

The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance of multiple centres within a defined geographic area. This role ensures that operational, commercial and quality targets are achieved while driving team development and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve commercial and operational objectives across all locations.
• Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement actions.
• Lead, motivate and develop managers and their teams at each centre.
• Maintain a high level of customer experience and service quality.
• Coordinate new store openings, operational changes and special projects.
• Monitor budgets, control costs and improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and employment regulations.
• Facilitate communication between centres and senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation.
