Area Manager – Multiple Regions (Emilia Romagna, Campania, Calabria, Sicily)

About the role

Sephora is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple regions in Italy – Emilia Romagna, Campania, Calabria and Sicily. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring compliance with group policies, and developing the retail network across these territories.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve economic targets and grow turnover for the assigned geographical areas.
• Ensure accurate flow of financial information between headquarters and stores.
• Guarantee correct application of pricing, promotions and communication policies.
• Act as the safety authority, overseeing employee health and safety.
• Supervise HR policies in partnership with the HR Business Partner for the area.
• Support store managers, develop career paths and implement development plans.
• Adapt national commercial strategy to local market needs.
• Coordinate training initiatives and manage brand relationships for commercial activities.
• Conduct competitor analysis and contribute to strategic planning with the Sales Director.
• Represent Sephora in external events and employer branding activities.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience as an Area Manager in a dynamic, international retail environment.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with the ability to drive performance.
• Excellent relationship skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Resilience in a fast‑changing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Italian and English.
