Art Director

About the role

We Are Social is seeking an Art Director to join our creative team in Italy. Reporting to the Creative Supervisor/Head of Art/Creative Director, you will be hands‑on in developing visual concepts for client briefs across campaigns, activations, editorial and digital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define and craft creative concepts and visual executions for client campaigns.
• Provide art direction for ongoing content, formats and activations aligned with editorial plans.
• Oversee production quality and ensure output meets high standards.
• Develop visual identity and brand guidelines for reference clients.
• Contribute to editorial strategy, shaping visual language and formats.
• Maintain constant alignment with Creative and Client Service teams.

Required profile

• Strong passion for football.
• Based in Rome or Milan.
• Degree in art direction, graphic design or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in a creative agency.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work within extended, complex teams.
• High affinity for social media and current visual trends.
• Good command of English is a plus.
