About the role

As a Manufacturing Technician you will work hands‑on in a clean‑room environment building and testing high‑value display and wafer‑fabrication equipment. The role involves mechanical assembly of high‑tech modules destined for microchip production at our plant in Fagarè della Battaglia.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly and disassembly of high‑tech components and modules following technical schematics and operational instructions.
• Manage inventory of tools, parts and materials required for assembly and maintenance activities.
• Package assembled units and prepare them for shipment.
• Build, repair and test electrical, electro‑mechanical, vacuum and pneumatic assemblies using test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors and vacuum pumps.
• Conduct audits to ensure parts availability and inspect for defects, complete documentation and install software to improve processes.

Required profile

• Diploma or professional qualification.
• Excellent manual dexterity and operational precision.
• Experience with workshop tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, calipers and micrometers.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical technical drawings.
• Understanding of technical manuals written in English.
• Good command of Microsoft Office.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, calipers, micrometers).
• Use of electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors and vacuum pumps.
• Operation of test fixtures for assembly verification.
• Technical drawing interpretation.
