Asset Project Manager

About the role

Enfinity Global, an independent power producer developing, financing, building, operating and owning renewable energy assets in Europe, Asia and the Americas, is looking for an Asset Project Manager for its Asset Management Europe team. The role is on site in Rome and ensures the successful transition of new projects from development to operational handover, keeping integrated project schedules aligned with key milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of AM Europe and assist Asset Managers with execution planning and coordination
• Analyse the resources needed (in-house and outsourced) to deliver projects on time
• Assist or lead the request for quotes, offer award and contract negotiation, ensuring quality, safety, budget and schedule compliance
• Manage administrative and payment matters related to project execution
• Support the active management of spare parts, including feeding internal systems
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks and progress, and report regularly
• Coordinate cross-functional teams such as Asset Management, O&M, Finance, Legal and HSE, and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with contracts, company procedures and regulations
• Build the work breakdown structure and align it with the project execution plan, and maintain schedule logic, calendars and constraints
• Prepare weekly and monthly updates with critical path analysis, narratives and variance reports, and standardise reporting formats across projects
• Liaise with the Global Asset Management team and the regional Construction team
• For major repairs on operational assets, integrate offering and contracting of all phases, including engineering, permitting, procurement, logistics, construction and commissioning

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, civil or mechanical engineering, business administration or a related field
• 3-5 years of project management experience for EPC or infrastructure projects (renewables preferred)
• Fluent English and Italian; Spanish is an asset
• Strong presentation and written reporting skills, detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines

• ERP (NetSuite) and Microsoft Project
• Advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus
