Assistant Luxury Experience Designer – Travel Consultant

About the role

Queen of Clubs is seeking an Assistant Luxury Experience Designer to join its newly established Chiasso office. You will manage end‑to‑end luxury travel requests for elite clients, coordinating itineraries across Italy and Switzerland while maintaining the highest service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute luxury travel itineraries from start to finish.
• Oversee ground operations, hotels, villas, logistics, and exclusive experiences.
• Communicate daily with luxury suppliers, travel agencies, and international advisors.
• Design bespoke proposals and use BeConcierge CRM to track bookings and performance.
• Apply strategic sales techniques to close deals and optimise margins.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve client requests discreetly and efficiently.
• Gather and analyse client feedback to continuously improve service quality.
• Lead and mentor assistant bookers, supporting their development.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Passionate about luxury travel and premium service delivery.
• Proven experience in travel, hospitality, concierge, or luxury sales environments.
• Based in or around Chiasso and able to work fully on‑site.
• Highly detail‑oriented, able to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• Confident with pricing, costing, and financial calculations.
• Proactive, polished, and client‑focused.
