Assistant Majordomo – Luxury Tuscan Estate

About the role

We are seeking a live‑in Assistant Majordomo to support the Major‑Domо at a historic Tuscan estate located 45 minutes outside Florence. Working closely with senior management, you will help ensure the household runs flawlessly and maintain the highest standards of luxury service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Major‑Domо in coordinating staff across housekeeping, gardening, pool, maintenance, culinary and butler teams.
• Help plan and execute daily operations, maintenance schedules, and service standards.
• Manage guest itineraries, arrivals, departures, dining events and ensure impeccable presentation of the estate.
• Contribute to ongoing projects such as vineyard and olive‑grove management, new facility development, and the creation of service procedures.
• Support the Operations Manager with technical and administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior household role – House Manager, Majordomo, senior butler or equivalent – within a private estate or UHNW household.
• Fluent in both Italian and English, with excellent communication and discretion.
• Highly organised, proactive and service‑driven with a desire to develop a career in luxury private service.
• Valid driving licence and the right to work in the EU.
