Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage Marketing

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage Marketing will support Jumeirah’s Dubai Beach Hotel in bringing its dining concepts to life. You will help create integrated marketing and communication initiatives that attract guests, boost visibility, and drive commercial performance across the hotel’s restaurants and outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging content for digital platforms and social channels to enhance the brand’s presence.
• Support multi‑channel campaigns, activations and partnerships that generate demand for F&B outlets.
• Assist with PR activities, media engagement and events in collaboration with the PR Manager.
• Monitor digital performance and optimise campaigns to increase engagement and footfall.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless, brand‑aligned execution of marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, restaurants, lifestyle brands or premium consumer environments.
• Proven experience supporting integrated campaigns, activations, partnerships or outlet marketing initiatives.
• Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
