Assistant Store Manager – Fashion Retail

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience at the Tommy Hilfiger outlet in Florentia Village. Working closely with the sales team, you will help drive sales, maintain visual standards and ensure smooth back‑office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, train and motivate the sales team to meet daily service and sales targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators, analyse reports and propose actions for continuous improvement.
• Oversee visual merchandising in collaboration with the In‑Store Visual team and ensure displays support sales goals.
• Manage stock, back‑office processes and omnichannel activities, including regular stock checks and safety measures.
• Lead morning briefings, cascade company communications and support recruitment and development of team members.
• Coordinate with the visual team, analyze merchandise trends and conduct daily meetings to achieve sales objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a similar retail management role within a structured environment.
• Fluent in English and Turkish; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational, collaborative and detail‑oriented abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with RFID systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
