Assistant Villa Manager (Luxury Hospitality)

About the role

Greyheath Hospitality is seeking a full‑time Assistant Villa Manager to support the opening of a new luxury villa in Griante, Italy. Working on‑site, you will partner closely with the Villa Manager to ensure seamless guest experiences and flawless operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, handling requests and feedback promptly.
• Oversee housekeeping and maintenance schedules to maintain villa readiness.
• Monitor occupancy, inventory, and vendor services, keeping accurate records.
• Guide and support villa team members, fostering collaboration and performance.
• Collaborate with Greyheath Hospitality’s broader team to implement procedures and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Experience in luxury hospitality or villa/hotel operations.
• Strong guest‑relations and front‑of‑house support skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication in English; additional languages (Italian or French) are a plus.
• High attention to detail, problem‑solving aptitude, and calmness during peak periods.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules on‑site in Como.
