Associate Consultant – Compliance Risk Advisory

About the role

Join Marsh's Compliance Risk Advisory team as an Associate Consultant, working on risk management projects for clients in Italy. This hybrid position is based in Milan (with occasional work in Rome) and is part of a structured graduate programme.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and perform risk assessments to evaluate internal control systems.
• Support implementation and strengthening of policies, procedures and compliance models (e.g., Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, Law 262/05, anti‑corruption standards).
• Participate in third‑party risk management, internal audit, data‑protection compliance (GDPR) and anti‑fraud framework projects.

Required profile

• University Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Risk Management or related field.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Strong interest in risk management and compliance topics.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
