Associate Market Access Specialist, North East Italy

About the role

iQVIA is recruiting an Associate Market Access Specialist to support its stroke centre network across the Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Trentino Alto Adige, Emilia Romagna, Marche and Sardegna territories. The role helps increase the number of patients treated in stroke-ready hospitals and improves the quality of care in existing stroke centres. After comprehensive and ongoing training, the consultant works with hospitals and healthcare professionals to promote better stroke care.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance the efficiency of stroke patient management
• Support hospitals and healthcare professionals with continuous training and organizational tools
• Serve as an expert Therapeutic Consultant, promoting new diagnostic and treatment guidelines to hospitals
• Foster and promote quality monitoring programs to ensure consistent hospital performance
• Expand the project's reach to new hospitals
• Lead multidisciplinary stroke teams through continuous improvement
• Improve therapeutic protocols in major hospitals

Required profile

• Excellent scientific background, ideally with a PhD in Neuroscience
• High motivation and strong interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Leadership abilities
• Proactive, flexible and strong problem-solving skills
• Availability to travel up to 70% of the time
• Eligibility to work full-time

What we offer

• Potential base pay of 37,000-38,000 annually, depending on qualifications, location and schedule
