Associate Web Developer

About the role

Mosaic Conseil is a boutique remote workshop that rebuilds business artifacts with precision. As an Associate Web Developer you will create the digital interfaces that let clients interact with reconstructed financial and operational models, starting with a logistics project in Italy.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex data structures into clear, functional web applications, dashboards, and interactive ledgers.
• Write clean, maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and a modern frontend framework.
• Collaborate closely with analysts to ensure business logic is accurately reflected in the UI.
• Participate in a two‑person review process: build the artifact and critique a peer’s code for logic and usability.
• Document the tools and interfaces you develop for future maintenance.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with a strong interest in coding craftsmanship.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, quiet environment.
• Curiosity about how businesses function and how data moves through an organization.
• Preference for simple, functional design over unnecessary visual flair.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with at least one modern frontend framework such as React or Vue.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative coding practices.
• Ability to write clear documentation for built tools.
