Automotive Warranty Auditor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Warranty Auditor to join our client’s team in Turin. You will be responsible for reviewing and verifying warranty claims to ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and internal guidelines, contributing to the overall success of a leading automotive company.

Key responsibilities

• Audit warranty repair orders and claims for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify documentation such as technician notes, diagnostic results, parts usage, and labor times.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
• Identify discrepancies, errors, or potential fraudulent claims.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Aftersales, and Supplier Management teams to resolve complex warranty and recall issues.
• Support negotiations with suppliers on warranty recoveries and recall cost‑sharing.
• Analyze warranty and recall data using reporting and business‑intelligence tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in warranty administration, audit, dealership aftersales, supplier quality, recall campaigns, or automotive warranty management.
• Strong knowledge of automotive warranty processes and manufacturer guidelines.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross‑functional situations involving suppliers, quality, and engineering.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in multi‑country or regional structures is preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency; additional European languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Knowledge of SAP for data consultation and analysis.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
