B2C Marketing Manager – Consumer Brand & Demand Generation

About the role

AutoScout24 Italia is seeking a full‑time B2C Marketing Manager to lead consumer‑facing initiatives in Padova. You will own brand activation, social media, private‑seller communication, product marketing and demand‑generation support, translating group strategy into locally relevant actions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and own local B2C brand activation, ensuring consistent positioning, tone of voice and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints.
• Define and execute the local B2C social‑media plan, managing content creation, production and publication while monitoring performance and community interaction.
• Lead private‑seller communication campaigns, from acquisition to engagement, using consumer feedback to improve trust and usage.
• Translate product updates and private‑seller service features into clear consumer‑facing messages and assets, collaborating with product, CRM and business teams.
• Synthesize consumer research and insights to inform brand, social, product and demand‑generation strategies.
• Support central demand‑generation initiatives by providing local market inputs, audience insights and performance analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2C marketing, preferably within the automotive or digital marketplace sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data and research into actionable marketing recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Italian is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with local and central teams.
