Beauty Consultant – Luxury Retail

About the role

As a Beauty Consultant for Dior, you will embody the brand’s heritage of creativity and excellence while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your primary goal is to drive sales and promote the Dior image through knowledgeable service and a passion for beauty.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sell‑out targets for Dior fragrance, skincare and makeup.
• Provide high‑standard service, educating customers on product benefits and brand story.
• Maintain merchandising standards, set up displays according to planograms and new launches.
• Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies and support inventory management.
• Perform operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Build strong relationships with retailers and support multiple points of sale through travel.
• Foster a collaborative team spirit among colleagues.

Required profile

• Professional retail experience in makeup and/or service industry, preferably luxury.
• Beautician certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Deep knowledge of fragrance, skincare and makeup products.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Passionate about customer service and the beauty sector.
• Result‑oriented with strong selling abilities.
• Team player, flexible to work various shifts.
