About the role

As a Bellboy at Aethos Monterosa you will be the first friendly face guests encounter, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive. You will manage luggage efficiently, provide local recommendations, and resolve guest requests with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

Greet guests with a warm smile and assist with check‑in procedures.
Transport luggage to and from guest rooms promptly and safely.
Offer personalized advice on local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues quickly and courteously.
Maintain the lobby and luggage area in a tidy, organized condition.

Required profile

Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to make guests feel valued.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
