About the role
As a Bellboy at Aethos Monterosa, you will be the first friendly face guests encounter, setting a welcoming tone for their stay. You will manage luggage logistics, provide local recommendations, and resolve guest inquiries with professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm smile and helpful attitude.
- Assist with luggage handling, transport to rooms, and ensure safe delivery.
- Offer personalized recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain the lobby and luggage area in a tidy, organized condition.
