About the role

The Bellboy at Aethos Sardinia provides a warm, professional welcome to guests, ensuring their luggage and mobility needs are handled with care. Working in the elegant setting of Cannigione, the role supports the hotel’s commitment to hospitality with a strong human touch.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
• Assist with luggage transport to and from rooms, handling belongings safely.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Help guests with parking, vehicle retrieval, and directions.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features.
• Monitor lobby security and collaborate with front‑desk and other departments for seamless service.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience.
• Collaborative, communicative, and able to complete tasks efficiently.
• Natural host with a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and management abilities; attentive, courteous, service‑oriented.
• Ability to prioritize departmental functions and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule, including long hours and evening event coverage.
• Confidential handling of guest and employee information.
• Capable of multitasking – assisting guests, managing luggage, providing information.
• Regular attendance in line with hotel scheduling needs.
• Commitment to safety, productivity, and problem‑solving.
• Maintain a genuine, warm demeanor at all times.
