Bellboy – Guest Services & Luggage Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and proactive Bellboy to be the first point of contact for guests at our Aethos Monterosa property. In this role you will create a welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive, manage their luggage with speed and care, and act as a knowledgeable local guide. Your contribution will help set the tone for a comfortable and memorable stay, reflecting our commitment to sustainability, wellbeing and community.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm smile, assist with check‑in, and answer initial questions.
• Handle, transport, and deliver luggage to guest rooms promptly and safely.
• Provide recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and speed.
• Maintain the lobby and luggage area in a tidy, organized condition.
