Bilingual Copyeditor – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual copyeditor who will work as an AI trainer, interacting with English‑Italian chatbots to improve their language abilities. The position is fully remote and open to candidates residing in Italy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct written conversations with AI chatbots in both English and Italian to assess their performance.
• Create original dialogue scripts that teach the bots appropriate responses.
• Assign writing and editing tasks to the models and review the generated output for accuracy and style.
• Provide detailed feedback on correctness, tone, and brand voice.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Highly detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, punctuation and style.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
• Based in Italy and able to work independently as a contractor.
