About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Spanish‑English Call Center Representative to join our team and provide professional support to customers remotely. The role involves assisting customers via phone and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional and efficient manner, addressing their questions and issues.
- Make outbound calls for follow‑ups, scheduling, and customer support, ensuring timely communication.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
Required profile
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Minimum education: secondary school.
- At least 1 year of call‑center experience (preferred).
- Full‑time availability, including weekends, and ability to work remotely for a U.S.-based company.
- Age between 20 and 35 years.
