Brand & Content Operations Intern (Digital & AI)

About the role

The Brand & Content Operations Intern will support the Marketing & Communication Office in developing and delivering program narratives and digital content. Working closely with the Brand & Content team, you will help create consistent, engaging communications across multiple channels while exploring AI‑driven content workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update program materials such as brochures, website pages, and presentations, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.
• Create and adapt content for various digital channels based on core messaging.
• Structure and organize content inputs to streamline and scale production processes.
• Maintain templates that standardise recurring communication activities.
• Generate first‑drafts and content variations using AI tools under supervision.
• Manage high‑volume content flows, including copy adaptations, and contribute to process optimisation.
• Map and document content production workflows to support continuous improvement.
• Support SEO optimisation of content, applying best practices in SEO copywriting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Recruitment, Business Development, and the Channels unit.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Communication, Humanities or related fields).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Strong interest in branding, content creation and digital communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI content generation tools.
• Knowledge of SEO copywriting best practices.
