Business Analyst – Capital Markets (FX Pricing)

About the role

Talan is seeking a Business Analyst with solid Capital Markets knowledge to join the Price & Distribution squad within its Corporate and Investment Banking division. The team is driving a strategic renewal of FX pricing and trading systems, delivering applications used by sales and traders worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse complex FX Options pricing requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
• Collaborate with senior front‑office users, developers and testers to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Define and execute test strategies, write test cases and support testing activities.
• Maintain accurate requirement documentation and support the creation of business documents and presentations in English.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets or a related financial services environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and solve complex problems.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and engage with senior front‑office stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in English for authoring documents, running workshops and stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Expert use of Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency with Power BI.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
