Business Continuity and Information Security Manager (with French)

About the role

NTT DATA is seeking a Business Continuity and Information Security Manager to support the European Commission’s Network Managed Services under the NMS III framework. The role operates across Brussels and Luxembourg, ensuring resilience and security for a large‑scale, multi‑site infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage business continuity, service continuity and information security for the European Commission network.
• Act as the primary interface with the customer on continuity and security matters.
• Lead crisis‑management escalations and coordinate communication during major incidents.
• Develop, test and improve business continuity and disaster‑recovery strategies and scenarios.
• Audit continuity and security processes to ensure compliance with policies, standards and contractual requirements.
• Define, implement and monitor an information‑security strategy aligned with the customer’s framework.
• Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses and business impact analyses.
• Oversee vulnerability assessments, coordinate mitigation actions and report performance indicators.
• Coordinate with security directorates, auditors, customers and internal teams, and drive awareness and training activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree, preferably with ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 certifications.
• 3‑5 years of experience in security services, including at least 3 years in information‑security management.
• Hands‑on experience in business/service continuity management within security‑focused environments (firewalls, proxies, reverse proxies, load balancers, remote access).
• Good understanding of network environments.
