Business Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Business Controller to join our Finance team within the Food Business Unit. You will play a key part in financial planning, performance monitoring and decision support, helping the unit achieve its strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation of budget and forecast processes for the Food Business Unit.
• Perform monthly closing activities and ensure accurate reporting of financial results.
• Analyze business performance versus budget and prior year, identifying key drivers and variances.
• Prepare clear and insightful financial reports to support management decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of controlling tools, processes and reporting systems.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in controlling or a similar finance role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
