Business Designer – Service & Process Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a Business Designer to join our Service Design team within the Organization and Process Transformation area of Reale Mutua. You will help rethink operational models, creating disruptive solutions that improve the value chain and enhance both internal and external customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze processes, services, and products to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Design project roadmaps, define Minimum Viable Products/Processes and guide them through Design Thinking phases.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams, facilitating workshops and co‑creation sessions.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, surveys, data analysis) and measure outcomes with relevant KPIs.
• Develop prototypes (value propositions, business models, interfaces) and test them using techniques such as A/B testing.
• Collaborate with IT and UX designers to write user stories and flowcharts.
• Define and monitor UX, technical, and business KPIs for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in Service or Business Design, preferably in insurance or finance.
• Strong knowledge of Design Thinking methodology; certifications (e.g., IDEO, NN Group) are a plus.
• Positive, flexible, diplomatic attitude with assertiveness and integrity.
• Willingness to work onsite on short notice.
• Analytical mindset for complex systems and problem‑solving.
• Understanding of Agile and Lean principles; relevant certifications are a plus.

• Prototyping tools: Figma, Miro.
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• English (minimum B2 level).
