Business Development Executive – Bologna

About the role

Fresha, the AI‑powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness and self‑care industry, is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new partner acquisition in Bologna. Reporting to the General Manager of Europe, you will work autonomously in a fast‑moving environment and be fully responsible for expanding Fresha’s commercial footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve defined sales targets.
• Prospect and contact key decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels.
• Present, demo and sell Fresha’s products and services to prospective and existing partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract closure.
• Conduct cost‑benefit and needs analyses to align solutions with partner objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Provide market‑trend feedback to inform product and strategy decisions.
• Respond to 100% of qualified inbound leads promptly and log outcomes in the CRM.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned partners.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in business development or B2B sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet targets.
