Business Development Executive – Chinese Speaking

About the role
Fresha is seeking a Business Development Executive who is fluent in Chinese to drive new partner acquisition for its AI‑powered operating system serving the global beauty, wellness and self‑care industry. Reporting to the Business Development Team Lead, you will work closely with the Commercial team and prospective partners to expand Fresha’s market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct outreach to key decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels, arranging in‑person meetings when appropriate.
- Present, promote and sell Fresha’s products and services through product demos.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Perform cost‑benefit and needs analysis for existing and potential partners.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Provide feedback on market trends and industry developments.
- Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads promptly and log outcomes in the CRM.
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for partners.
Required profile
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience reaching out to senior decision‑makers using multiple communication channels.
- Ability to manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing.
- Strong analytical skills for cost‑benefit and needs assessments.
- Comfortable delivering product demonstrations and presenting solutions.
Required skills
- CRM usage (documenting call outcomes and lead status).
