Business Development Executive – Turin

About the role

Fresha is looking for a Business Development Executive to join its European team in Turin. Reporting to the General Manager of Europe, you will focus entirely on acquiring new partners and expanding the company’s footprint in the beauty, wellness and self‑care market.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve sales targets and OTE compensation.
• Prospect and outreach to key decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels.
• Present, demo and sell Fresha’s AI‑powered operating system to prospective partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract close.
• Conduct cost‑benefit and needs analyses to align solutions with partner objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Provide market trend feedback and document all interactions in the CRM.
• Respond to 100% of qualified inbound leads promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in tech or SaaS.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously in a fast‑changing environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable handling the entire sales process and meeting ambitious targets.

Required skills

• CRM usage for tracking leads and activities.
