Business Development Manager – Italy

About the role

Group-IB is looking for a Business Development Manager based in Italy to join its European Sales Team. You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts and promoting Group-IB’s cybersecurity solutions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage existing customer accounts while actively hunting for new business.
• Support and grow the IT channel ecosystem in the territory.
• Execute targeted campaigns, including outbound calls and emails, to generate sales opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Partner Channel and Marketing teams on lead management and forecasting.
• Educate prospective customers on Group-IB products and persuade them to adopt the solutions.
• Maintain accurate client data in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Hunter‑mindset with a strong results orientation.
• Client‑centric approach and excellent analytical, communication and presentation abilities.
• Good understanding of indirect sales channels.
• 5–10 years of sales experience in a cybersecurity vendor or system integrator environment.
• Passion for cybersecurity and high‑tech technologies.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
