Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and expand strategic markets for Thermal Care EMEA solutions. The role focuses on OEMs and industrial end‑users, combining direct customer acquisition with support for our subsidiaries and distributors across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new strategic markets, applications, and industrial segments.
• Analyse market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to generate opportunities.
• Support market entry strategies for new segments.
• Build and nurture commercial relationships with key customers, OEMs, and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with subsidiaries and distributors on local business development.
• Participate in customer visits, technical events, and industry trade shows.
• Act as a technical‑commercial reference during early opportunity phases.
• Manage opportunity development through to order acquisition, coordinating with sales engineers, subsidiaries, and distributors.
• Contribute to pipeline analysis, market trends, and commercial priority setting.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and target‑oriented sales professional.
• Willingness to travel throughout Europe as needed.
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
