Business Development Manager – Turin

About the role

Fresha, the AI‑powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness and self‑care industry, is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new partner acquisition in Turin. Reporting to the General Manager of Europe, you will work autonomously to identify, engage and close high‑value business opportunities across salons, spas and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and contact key decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels, securing in‑person meetings where appropriate.
• Deliver product demonstrations and present Fresha’s suite of booking, POS, marketing and financial solutions to prospective partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signing, ensuring accurate CRM documentation.
• Conduct cost‑benefit and needs analyses to align Fresha’s platform with partner objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, support) to guarantee a seamless onboarding experience.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to shape product and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Respond to 100 % of qualified inbound leads promptly and maintain detailed call outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working in a fast‑changing, autonomous setting.
• Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions to beauty, wellness or related service businesses is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems for pipeline management.
• Ability to conduct product demos and articulate technical value propositions.
