Business Development Representative – Italy (Milan)

About the role

Dandy is modernising the $400B dental industry with a technology‑driven operating system for dental offices. As the company expands globally, it is launching a new market in Italy and needs a founding XDR to build the top‑of‑the‑funnel from scratch. This full‑time, on‑site role in Milan reports directly to senior leadership and will shape messaging, test channels, and drive pipeline for hyper‑growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects in the newly launched Italian market.
• Use email, phone and creative outbound tactics to reach prospective clients.
• Design, test and iterate the outbound playbook – sequences, scripts, targeting, objection handling.
• Track sales activity in Salesforce and help define performance metrics.
• Overcome objections, pitch Dandy’s value proposition and advance prospects through the sales process.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to meet KPIs and revenue targets.
• Partner with Account Executives on client handoffs and feed insights back to product, marketing and GTM strategy.

Required profile

• 2+ years of XDR/BDR/SDR experience in a high‑growth SaaS startup.
• Proven track record launching outbound motions into new verticals, markets or products.
• Strong cold‑calling skills, preferably with SMB experience.
• Comfort operating without an existing playbook and ability to create one.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, resource‑constrained environments.
• Experience with standard sales tools and eagerness to explore new technologies.
