Business Development Specialist

About the role

Trivial Chapter is looking for a seasoned Business Development Specialist to grow its international manpower operations across Italy and Europe. You will leverage an existing employer network to generate and close high‑volume staffing contracts, supporting work‑permit and visa processes for multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through an established network of employers in Italy or across Europe.
• Engage directly with employers to define manpower needs, including volume, skill sets, and timelines.
• Secure work permits and hiring approvals for sectors such as hospitality, construction, logistics, agriculture, and factory work.
• Coordinate embassy visa appointments in line with employer‑issued permits.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles for manpower solutions and close bulk recruitment contracts.
• Support large‑scale recruitment events and maintain strategic employer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful deployment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the manpower, staffing, or international recruitment industry.
• Established, verifiable employer connections in Italy or Europe.
• Hands‑on experience with work‑permit and embassy visa appointment processes.
• Strong track record of selling manpower solutions and managing high‑volume deployments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly self‑driven, commercially focused and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
